Bring a water bottle to each class.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">2024 NSQTC is currently open for classes\/private lessons\/energy work. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">NEW Qigong class on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 &#8211; 6-8 pm!<\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Find Your Inner Strength with Qigong<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Qigong for Inner Strength<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nGentle stretching, breath work, and meditative core body movements allow for integrative overall strength in a healthy connected body with the thoughts and spirit. Designed as a foundation class for those new to qigong and\/or who would benefit from slowly strengthening flexibility of core muscles. Also, develop early awareness of breath movement and thought coordination.
